• Build and maintain partnerships with community groups, local organizations, and government agencies.
• Plan and implement community development projects, sponsorships, and volunteer activities that reflect the company's social responsibility strategy.
• Communicate and coordinate with Mandarin-speaking partners, suppliers, and regional teams to align CSR and outreach activities.
• Assist in developing, monitoring, and evaluating corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
• Collect and analyze data on project outcomes and prepare reports for management and stakeholders.
• Organize and support community events, donations, and company open days.
• Represent the company professionally to strengthen relationships and enhance its public image.
• Coordinate internally to address and respond to concerns in a timely, culturally sensitive manner.

• Must be excellent in oral, writing and reading skills in Mandarin Language.
• With or without experience in community relations or stakeholder management.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Experience organizing events, CSR projects, or community partnerships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with preparing reports and promotional materials.
• Passionate about social responsibility and community impact.
