• Bachelor’s Degree in any medical science, allied health, or related field, such as: Nursing, Biology, Medical Biology, Medical Technology, Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), Pharmacy, Chemistry, Applied Physics, Food Technology, Sports Science, or similar
• Fresh graduates looking to start a career in healthcare are encouraged to apply
• Experience in medical devices is an advantage but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in simple, clear terms
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Customer-oriented, analytical, and detail-oriented
• Willing to learn and adapt to complex medical technologies
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Primarily office-based with occasional field visits for training and client support

• Conduct product training sessions for customers and internal teams
• Develop and deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and training materials
• Provide application and technical support for medical devices/equipment
• Assist customers with product usage, troubleshooting, and best practices
• Coordinate with technical/service teams for issue resolution
• Support sales activities (demos, trainings, events)
• Assist in planning and executing training sessions, exhibits, and medical events
• Provide post-implementation support to ensure customer satisfaction
• Gather market feedback and share insights with internal teams
• Prepare reports, documentation, and training materials as required
