- Address client concerns and issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction
- Conducts presentation and product training
- Making helpful recommendations and suggestions
- Maintains documentation and filings of all product-related reports, details, and client profile
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or any related course
- Preferably with at least one year of relevant working experience in hematology machine, CLIA , chemistry machine
- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
