- Work Hours: Aligned with Canadian business hours (night shift / mid-shift depending on client needs)
- Compensation Range: PHP 34,000 – 44,000/month (depending on experience)

We're opening our first office in the Philippines — and we're looking for our founding Bookkeeper hire to join us on this journey. This is a chance to grow with us from day one, work directly with North American clients, and help shape the future of our PH team.
What You'll Do- Handle bookkeeping for Canadian clients using QuickBooks Online.
- Reconcile accounts, prepare financial reports, and maintain accurate ledgers.
- Ensure compliance with Canadian bookkeeping and tax requirements.
- Collaborate with the Canadian head office team on client support.
- Suggest improvements using automation & AI tools to streamline processes.
- Take on leadership opportunities as the PH office expands.
- 3–5 years bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks Online required).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Excellent English communication (written & spoken).
- Experience supporting North American clients (Canada/US) in a BPO setting.
- Minimum 2 years of North American BPO bookkeeping experience is required.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable — eager to learn about AI & automation.
