Responsibilities
  • Maintains, organizes, and manages files to ensure everyone in the team can quickly access relevant information and documents.
  • Handles administrative and office support activities for the company and client.
  • Monitors compliance requirements and various types of registrations with government bodies including but not limited to Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Local Government Units (LGUs), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Social Security System (SSS), Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth), Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
  • Performs liaising functions and appears before various government agencies for the processing of different types of registrations and compliance requirements.
  • Conducts legal research and prepares reports on regulatory issuances involving licensing and registration, and on matters related to periodic government reports and filings.
  • Performs all other duties and responsibilities as may be delegated by the Corporate Services Manager.

  • Knowledge of corporate tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Must be able to practice good task organizational skills and time management in meeting deadlines
  • Ability to practice discretion and confidentiality as he/she often handles sensitive information.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with legal and corporate teams.
  • Legal drafting and documentation abilities.
  • High-level organizational skills with attention to deadlines and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in limited resources and under tight deadlines.
  • Keen on details, highly organized, and can manage time / prioritize well.
  • Ability to properly utilize MS Office, e-mails, and online resources to deliver tasks efficiently
Qualifications
  • Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year course or at least 1 year in Law School, or has
  • Worked as a Paralegal for at least one year.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a law or accounting firm is preferred but not required.
  • Hands-on experience in processing corporate compliance documents and processes and government transactions.
  • Has a good understanding of how corporate transactions work.
