About the role

Polystar General Services Inc.' is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Pasig City Metro Manila. As an Admin Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organisation.

What you'll be doing
  1. Providing comprehensive administrative support to managers and executives
  2. Handling a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organising travel arrangements
  3. Maintaining and organising electronic and physical filing systems
  4. Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
  5. Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails
  6. Coordinating meeting logistics and taking meeting minutes
  7. Performing other general office duties as assigned
What we're looking for
  1. Experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  2. Excellent organizational and time management skills
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  5. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
  6. A positive, proactive, and customer-service oriented attitude
