About the role
Polystar General Services Inc.' is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Pasig City Metro Manila. As an Admin Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organisation.This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
What you'll be doing- Providing comprehensive administrative support to managers and executives
- Handling a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organising travel arrangements
- Maintaining and organising electronic and physical filing systems
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails
- Coordinating meeting logistics and taking meeting minutes
- Performing other general office duties as assigned
- Experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- A positive, proactive, and customer-service oriented attitude
