As a Junior Accountant, you'll help drive the financial accuracy of a thriving manufacturing business. You'll handle financial reports, reconciliations, compliance, and fraud tracking-ensuring the numbers always tell the right story.

Salary: PHP 55,000 to PHP 65,000

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Experience with US or Western clients is required
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Perform month-end and year-end close processes
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Monitor credit card fraud and chargebacks; create tracking systems to reduce fraud without affecting valid sales
