- Approves and recommends payments to suppliers and contractors to ensure timely compensation, supporting project continuity and partnership stability.
- Develops and manages CAPEX/OPEX budgets and strategic plans to ensure alignment with company objectives, leading to effective resource utilization.
- Coaches and recognizes direct reports and staff, aligning appraisals with agreed KPIs to drive high performance and sustained engagement within the Department.
- Completes other tasks assigned by company officials as the need arises.
