About the role
As the Inventory Staff at Vantage International, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and efficient inventory management for the company's fashion collections. This full-time position is based in Quezon City Metro Manila, and you will be responsible for overseeing the company's stock levels, ordering processes, and warehousing operations.
What you'll be doing- Meticulously track and record all inventory movements, including stock receipts, issues, and returns
- Conduct regular stock takes and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy
- Liaise with the purchasing team to identify and address any stock shortages or surpluses
- Assist in the processing and dispatch of customer orders, ensuring timely delivery
- Maintain the warehouse and storage facilities in an organised and efficient manner
- Support the implementation of inventory management systems and procedures
