About the role
Felport International Marketing is seeking a full-time Inventory Staff (Admin) to join our team in Quezon City Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring efficient inventory management to support the company's operations.
What you'll be doing- Conducting regular stock counts and cycle counts to track inventory levels
- Receiving and processing incoming shipments, including verifying orders against purchase orders
- Accurately recording and updating inventory data in the company's systems
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies between physical inventory and system records
- Assisting with the coordination of inventory transfers and relocations
- Maintaining a clean and organised inventory storage area
- Supporting the procurement team by providing accurate inventory data and reports
- and other task assigned by the immediate supervisor and the management
- Previous experience in inventory management or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using inventory management or ERP systems
- Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment
- Ability to work from Monday to Saturday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM
- Willing to be deployed at 1577 G. Araneta Avenue, Quezon City
- Can start immediately
