Role Overview

The Business Development Executive plays a key role in implementing and nurturing business relationships, acquiring high-caliber clients, and leading a team of designers to drive sales and project turnovers. The role involves spearheading local and international events while maintaining professionalism, strategic insight, and exceptional interpersonal skills to enhance company reputation and initiative execution.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
  • Identify, pursue, and secure clients aligned with the company’s target market.
  • Build strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Lead negotiations, presentations, and client discussions.
  • Conduct market research initiatives.
  1. Business Development
  • Execute strategies to follow up on leads and expand into new markets.
  • Monitor trends to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on business growth strategies.
  1. Event & Activation Management
  • Plan and execute events locally and internationally.
  • Align events with brand values and objectives.
  • Oversee resources, timelines, and team coordination for events.
  1. Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Manage branch appointments and lead teams (design, marketing, sales).
  • Collaborate across departments for cohesive operations.
