Job Summary
The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for guests at Bravo Hotel. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by handling guest check‑ins and check‑outs, managing reservations, responding to inquiries, and addressing guest needs to ensure a pleasant and memorable stay.
Qualifications & Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in Local, English and Filipino languages
- Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor
- Basic computer skills; experience with hotel reservation systems is an advantage
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team‑oriented with a positive attitude
- Friendly, patient, and service‑minded
