Career Opening: Cheese Maker in Dumaguete, Negros Oriental

We are hiring for the role of a Cheese Maker for one of our subsidiaries, known for producing high-quality Bulgarian carabao’s milk. The main responsibility is to craft premium mozzarella from this exceptional dairy product.

Key Responsibilities

Production: Pasteurizing milk, adding starter cultures, rennet, and colorants to vats.
Processing: Monitoring coagulation, cutting curds, cooking, stirring, draining whey, and shaping cheese.
Aging & Quality Control: Managing, monitoring, and storing cheese during the maturation/curing process.
Sanitation: Oversee cleaning and sterilization of equipment, and production area
Packaging: Oversee moving products from production to storage and packaging for distribution.

Requirements

With at least 5 years relevant experience in dairy production, preferably in cheese making
Experience in making mozzarella cheese is preferred
Open to travel or relocation to Negros Oriental as that is where the farm is
