Group Human Resources Director (Vice President Level)

Roxas & Company, Inc. (RCI) is looking for a Group Human Resources Director to lead and unify HR strategies and operations across the organization and its diverse subsidiaries. This is a mission-critical leadership role for a seasoned HR executive who can align human capital with the Company’s strategic objectives, strengthen the leadership pipeline, and foster a performance-driven, people-centered culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Leadership & Strategy
  • Develop and execute group-wide HR strategies in alignment with business goals.
  • Serve as HR Business Partner to the President & CEO and SBU leaders.
  • Lead corporate-level organizational development and culture transformation initiatives.
  • Talent & Organization Development
  • Oversee workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Drive initiatives that build a strong leadership bench and cross-functional capabilities across SBUs.
  • Lead employee engagement, internal communication, and change management efforts.
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Manage the design and standardization of remuneration structures and benefit programs across SBUs.
  • Oversees job evaluation, establishes job grading systems, and ensures internal equity.
  • Manage budget for salaries, benefits, training, and HR technology investments.
  • HR Operations & Governance
  • Oversee compliance with labor laws and regulations (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, etc.).
  • Drive consistency in HR policies, performance management, and employee relations practices.
  • Ensure timely and accurate HR reporting and metrics tracking.
  • Corporate Committee Involvement
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional committees on wellness, safety, learning, culture, and philanthropy.
  • Data Privacy & HRIS
  • Act as the Company’s Data Privacy Officer for employee-related data.
  • Oversee HRIS and payroll systems, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or Organizational Development; postgraduate degree or certifications (e.g., CHRP, SHRM) preferred.
  • Experience: At least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role, ideally in a group or holding company structure.
  • Expertise in: Talent strategy, succession planning, compensation management, employment law, HR systems, and organizational development.
  • Leadership Competencies: Strategic thinking, stakeholder management, strong communication and influencing skills, innovation, trust-building, and team development.
  • Tech Proficiency: High-level competency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR information systems.
