Job description

Oversee all supply chain operations—including Importation, warehousing, and logistics—to ensure products are delivered efficiently and on time. Optimizes inventory levels to balance cost-effectiveness with high customer satisfaction.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plans and manages the maintenance, storage, issuance and disposal of materials inventories in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
• Ensures achievement of inventory accuracy objective at all times so that operational requirements such as FEFO and traceability of materials goods are consistently met.
• Ensures that all transactions are covered with appropriate documentations and updated in adherence to Management System.
• Plans for optimum utilization of Warehouse space and resources
• Ensures that storage and handling of all materials adheres with standard crating, stacking and storage requirements for protection against damage and deterioration.
• Provides appropriate and properly maintained material handling equipment and facility to ensure safe and efficient storage and movement of goods in the Warehouse.

• Logistics & Distribution: Manage the timely delivery of finished goods across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. Coordinate resupply to regional warehouses while minimizing costs and maximizing service levels.
• Cost Optimization: Reduce freight expenses by standardizing rates and optimizing vehicle loading and delivery routes.
• Quality Assurance: Guarantee product integrity by enforcing First to Expire, First out (FEFO) protocols.

• Stock Optimization: Monitor and analyze inventory movement to prevent stockouts or overstocking, keeping supply chain levels balanced.
• Standards Compliance: Ensure all warehouses follow company standards for storage, material handling, and inventory management.
• Performance Auditing: Regularly review warehouse efficiency and service levels to ensure they meet strategic business goals.

• College graduate of any course
• Minimum of one (3) years of logistics and transport experience in a consumer manufacturing or distribution companies
• Basic knowledge of Transportation laws and requirements that cover the total area of the Philippines.
• Basic knowledge in computer application i.e. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and computerized inventory management system. Knowledge/experience on Transport Management System (TMS) is an advantage.
• Basic in encoding and communication skills
• Fast learner and can perform work with minimal supervision
• Can work on extended time and even on night shift and holidays
• Must be responsible, flexible and able to do multi-tasking
• Good moral and working attitude
• Experience in direct customer facing roles with excellent interpersonal skills
• Familiar with using SAP system is an advantage
• Willing to work in Quezon City
• Can start immediately
