What You'll Bring (Experience)
  • 3+ years experience in lead generation and appointment setting
  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative
  • Familiarity with VoIP tools for daily communication
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage decision-makers
  • Experience managing outbound calls and high-volume outreach
  • High school diploma required; degree is a plus
  • Willing to work onsite in BGC (Day Shift)

  • Excellent time management; proficient in Word and Excel

Sales Development & Client Engagement
  • Generate and qualify leads through research, outreach, and cold calls
  • Engage prospects with clear and professional communication
  • Handle basic objections and support the sales process
  • Manage multiple sales activities in a fast-paced environment
  • Identify potential growth opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics
Sales Administration & Systems Management
  • Record and update calls, leads, appointments, and client details in internal systems
  • Use tools like Call Tracker and Outlook for tracking activities
  • Maintain and regularly update the Sales Quote Register
Compliance & Internal Standards
  • Follow Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines and COR requirements
  • Take steps to reduce risks and ensure safe working practices
  • Follow company policies and report any issues or deviations when needed
