COMPLIANCE TEAM LEADER

Job Description:

Job Summary:

• Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements including submission of mandatory reports, application of permits and accreditations, and record-keeping
• Monitoring of activities mandated by regulatory agencies (DA-BPI, BFAR, NMIS, BAI; DOLE; DENR; LLDA; MENRO; BFP; FDA; LGU), reporting of environmental incidents and non-conformances, and generation of corrective and preventive action reports
• Monitoring of accreditations and certifications of third party certifying bodies (NSF; HALAL; ISO)
• To establish standards, processes and systems to ensure legal and other requirements compliance.

Education and Experience:

• BS Chemistry, BS Chemical Engineering, BS Mechanical Engineering, BS Electronics and Communication Engineering, BS Food Technology
• With at least three (3) years of experience working in the same field

Skills:

• Computer literate
• Good communication skills in English and Filipino
• Basic knowledge in the requirements and permit application of different regulatory bodies
• Knowledge in any area (air pollution, water pollution, solid and hazardous waste) of environmental management and monitoring
