Job Responsibilities/Description:
- Assist the sales team by conducting sample diagnostic analysis using company products
- Perform installation, setup, cleaning, and adjustment of analyzers and equipment
- Conduct testing, calibration, and preventive maintenance to ensure proper performance
- Monitor equipment and ensure accurate and reliable results through quality checks
- Provide technical support, training, and orientation to staff and clients
- Coordinate with clients and team members regarding equipment updates and usage
- Perform field work, including travel, delivery/transport of machines, and other assigned tasks
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:- Graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering (EE), or any related course
- Knowledgeable in basic electronic devices, instrumentation equipment, electronic principles, and related technical areas
- Experience or exposure in healthcare, hospital, medical, or diagnostic laboratory industry is a plus (but not required)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- A valid PRC License (ECE, EE, ECT) is an advantage but not required
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Must be willing to be assigned in Manila
