Job Responsibilities:

 A.  Project Coordination & Operational Support - Coordinate project updates, timelines, and operational requirements.
 B.  Repository & Documentation Administration - Maintain centralized filing systems and project repositories.
 C.  Contract & Template Administration - Update contract logs, trackers, and storage references.
 D.  Social Media & Access Records Administration - Maintain social media account inventories and access logs.
 E.  Influencer/Talent Data Administration - Maintain talent and influencer databases and trackers.

 F.  Administrative & Reporting Support - Prepare reports, trackers, presentations, and templates.

Job Qualifications:

 A.  Education - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field.
 B.  Experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or operations support.
  • Experience in cross-functional coordination and documentation management is preferred.
  • Background in project operations or contract administration is an advantage.
 C.  Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Strong skills in spreadsheets, reporting, and documentation.
  • Familiar with project management and collaboration tools.
  • Knowledgeable in tracking systems and repository management.
