Muntinlupa - Accounting Virtual Assistant - CPA

Access Global Outsourcing Solutions is looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to lead the accounting function for a U.S.-based client engaged in multiple restaurant branches, real estate rental properties, and a dental practice.

This is a leadership role for someone who has both the technical expertise and strategic vision to oversee and streamline accounting operations across diverse industries, while managing a team of bookkeepers under their direction.

We’re Hiring: CPA with Strong Leadership & Multi-Industry Accounting Expertise

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire accounting cycle for multiple businesses across food service, real estate, and healthcare
• Use QuickBooks Online to manage day-to-day accounting: recording payments, deposits, invoicing, bills, reconciliations, and reporting
• Monitor inventory and cost controls, especially for the restaurant operations
• Lead intercompany accounting, manage receivables/payables between entities, and ensure accurate financial allocations
• Prepare and review financial reports including P&L statements, reconciliation summaries, and month-end closings
• Supervise and guide a team of bookkeepers in the Philippines to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and compliance
• Identify areas for improvement, propose system/process enhancements, and help implement standard operating procedures

✅ Qualifications:

• Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Philippines
• At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting, with a strong focus on QuickBooks Online
• Proven track record handling accounting for restaurant chains, real estate rentals, and/or medical or dental offices
• Demonstrated leadership in managing and mentoring accounting or bookkeeping teams
• Highly organized, analytical, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience working with U.S.-based clients is an advantage
