About the role

Advance Polyelectric and Construction, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting our comprehensive range of solar power, generators and other electrical products and services.

This role is essential to achieving our sales targets and contributing to the strategic growth of our organization.

Key responsibilities
  1. Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities within the solar power and power generator sector
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  3. Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to prospective customers in a compelling and professional manner
  4. Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements
  5. Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales deals and meet revenue targets
  6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions and pipeline opportunities
  7. Collaborate with internal teams including technical, logistics and finance to ensure smooth order processing and customer service delivery
  8. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive positioning and customer needs
  9. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators on a monthly and quarterly basis
What we're looking for
  1. With at least 1-3 years experience in a sales representative or similar role, preferably within the solar, renewable energy, and other related sectors
  2. Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse client groups and influence sales deals
  4. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage a sales pipeline effectively
  5. Knowledge of solar power products, generators and other related electrical products is highly desirable
  6. Self-motivated, resilient and results-driven with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  7. Having a valid driver's license and willingness to travel for fieldwork and client visits as required
  8. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  9. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify client needs and propose appropriate solutions
