About the Outbound Sales Representative Position

Identify potential customers, reaching out to them through cold calls.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Utilize scripts to present our product to possible customers and asking questions to learn what their needs are
• Inform the customer of how our product can best address those needs
• Maintain an updated customer database, including names, phone numbers, and addresses
• Direct calls to other departments as needed
• Take incoming calls from current customers
• Keep a detailed record of all calls and sales

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma, although a BA/BS is a plus
• Must have Sales experience in BPO industry, preferably Outbound Sales Accounts
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to be persuasive and handle negotiations
• Superb customer service skills
• A goal-driven and results-oriented personality
• Must be able to remain calm under pressure
• Working knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite
