Accounts Receivable Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging to ensure timely collections.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies or disputes.
• Process customer payments, credit memos, and refunds in the accounting system.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and finance teams to resolve invoicing issues.
• Perform credit risk analysis and evaluate new customer credit limits.
• Generate and distribute customer invoices and monthly statements.
• Prepare AR reports, including aging analysis, DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), and cash forecasting.
• Assist with month-end close and audit support related to receivables.
• Maintain accurate records of collection efforts and customer communications.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
