• Prepares billing using our internally developed billing system, ensuring accuracy.
• Manages and monitors incoming payments.
• Posts and reconciles accounts and maintains up-to-date records of all receivables.
• Addresses all billing queries, both internal and external.
• Prepares AR aging reports and assists with financial reporting.
• Coordinates with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies or client concerns.
• Supports monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing activities.
• Assists with audit preparations and documentation related to receivables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

• Should be willing to accept a long-term work-from-home arrangement.
• Should be amenable to a permanent night shift schedule.
