Job Description: Need Ink Sales & Services is currently looking for a resourceful and results-driven KEY ACCOUNT SPECIALIST to manage and grow strategic client relationships, drive revenue through account development, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions and consistent account support.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products or services to key accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to key accounts.
  • Develop and execute account plans that align with company objectives and goals.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to the management team.
  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify potential new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present reports to key accounts on a regular basis.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to key accounts and resolve any issues in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications/Requirements

About You:
The ideal candidate must have the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
