SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION ANALYST
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the creation of standardized company procedure and procedural policies manuals. This includes maintaining and updating existing manuals as well as suggesting solutions for process improvement.
- Responsible for the creation and updating of job descriptions, KPIs and organizational charts.
- Develop and/or assist the departments in the creation or updating of monitoring database.
- Ensure documentation complies with company policies, regulations, and legal requirements. Maintain version control and change management for all system-related documentation and adhere to documentation standards and templates.
