Join our Retail Account as a Customer Support Associate in a blended environment consisting of 90% non-voice (chat/email) and 10% voice support. You will be responsible for assisting customers with order tracking, product inquiries, returns, and general account concerns.The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver accurate and efficient resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements- At least 12 months BPO experience (pure voice account)
- 22–35 years old
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong typing skills with high attention to accuracy
- Knowledgeable in basic computer systems and applications
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Able to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions effectively
