DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Answer calls and customer concerns
- Needs to know basic product knowledge to be able to provide information about the company’s products and services
- Take orders, determine charges, oversee billings and payments
- Handle customer complaints and returns
- Refer customer complaints to supervisors, managers and salespersons
- Invoicing
- Assist in bidding preparations
- Make sure all orders are processed
- Various reports
Qualifications/Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:- Graduate of any 4-year course
- The applicant who has basic accounting subjects is an advantage
- The applicant with experience in customer service is an advantage
- The applicant needs to be computer literate: Word & Excel.
- The applicant needs to have good communication and inter-personal skills
- The applicant needs to be able to work under pressure & multitask
- The applicant needs to be willing to work beyond office hours.
