BILLING & COLLECTION STAFF

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Generating accurate and timely invoices.
  • Tracking outstanding invoices and ensuring timely payments.
  • Following up with customers to collect payments within the agreed-upon timeframe.
  • Preparing statements of accounts and posting payments.
  • Monitoring and overseeing account receivables and payables.
  • Safeguarding and ensuring collections from clients.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Preparing account reconciliations.
  • Helping with monthly corporate bank reconciliations.

Key Skills:

  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific billing and collection processes (e.g., condominium).

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's or college degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Experience in billing, collections, or accounting.
  • Experience with specific billing and collection software (e.g., SAP, Xero).
  • Other:
  • Preferably with condominium billing experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills.
