Appointment Setter

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our growing team and help us connect with more clients and opportunities.

As an Appointment Setter, you will play a key role in generating new business by reaching out to potential clients via phone, email, and social media. Your main responsibility will be to schedule qualified appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and follow up with leads from various channels
• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments with decision-makers
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Communicate effectively with the sales and marketing teams
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment goals

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role (telemarketing, customer service, or sales preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident, enthusiastic, and professional phone manner
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
