Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, be open to fieldwork, and willing to undergo training in rice varieties, pricing, and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Management- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Act as a key coordinator for corporate accounts.
- Revive and follow up with old and existing customers.
- Handle customer complaints, questions, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Suggest and formulate pricing policies to maximize profitability.
- Ensure pricing is competitive and aligns with company standards.
- Monitor local competitors and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Willing to do fieldwork / Must have Driver's License
- Willing to undergo training in rice varieties
- Proven experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and able to work under pressure
