Sales Representative (PMR)

Job Responsibilities:- Report directly to the Area Sales Manager
- Ensure timely collection of accounts receivable and outstanding balances
- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and quotas
- Promote and manage the company's diagnostic product portfolio and assigned accounts
- Coordinate with clients and address account-related concerns promptly
- Participate in bidding activities and support business development initiatives
- Identify and develop new accounts, clients, and business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Prepare remittances, expense reports, itineraries, approvals, and bookings
- Perform other administrative and clerical tasks as required
- Bachelor's degree in any four-year Business-related or Medical-related course
- Proven sales experience, preferably in diagnostic products such as reagents, consumables, and equipment
- Experience in preparing bid documents, especially for government transactions, is an advantage
- Strong sales drive; confident, outgoing, organized, and relationship-oriented
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and willing to learn and grow
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Willing to travel nationwide for field assignments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
