Receptionist (F&B Service Department) for BE Resorts Mactan in Punta Engaño, Lapu-Lapu City.Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
Manage breakfast guest list, reservations, waiting list and seating arrangements
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
Handle guest concerns or complaints courteously and escalate when necessary
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area
Assist with administrative tasks such as booking logs and guest records
Qualifications/Requirements
