Area Operations Manager

In this role you will have to:

  • Lead the execution of the Annual Business Plans
  • Ensure implementation of plans and programs for the year
  • Drive distribution channels in the Mindanao Area
  • Drive for improvement of branch efficiency and profitability
  • Ensure excellent customer service and operational compliance
  • Ensure proper staffing by taking leads in manning forecast, store schedule, and labor schedule
  • Train and evaluate employees; perform coaching or counseling sessions to ensure performance gaps are addressed
  • Maintain up to standard attrition rate
  • Ensure availability of Inventory forecast
  • Assures compliance on A/R-Trade Program Policy
  • Review financial performance and recommend improvement plans
  • Conduct Mindanao store visits and report findings
  • Set and communicate goals, lead and develop the team, and ensure operational efficiency and compliance

For this role you must have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or an equivalent course
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Area Manager for retail operations
  • Willingness to travel to all Mindanao Branches
