The opportunity

Vino Bello Wine Bar, an established and renowned wine bar located in Santa Rosa City Laguna, is seeking a talented Wine Waiter / Waiter to join their dynamic team. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality, wine, and providing exceptional customer service.

1. Greeting and welcoming guests in a warm and friendly manner
2. Knowledgeably presenting and describing the wine and food menu offerings
3. Assisting guests in selecting wines and making recommendations based on their preferences
4. Efficiently taking orders and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages
5. Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organisation in the dining area
6. Addressing any customer queries or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
7. Adhering to all health, safety, and licensing regulations
8. Participating in staff training and development programmes to enhance product knowledge and service skills

1. At least 2 years of experience in a similar wine bar or fine dining establishment
2. Extensive knowledge of wine varietals, regions, and food pairings
3. Excellent customer service skills and a passion for hospitality
4. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
6. Flexible and adaptable to the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry
7. Professional appearance and demeanour
