Customer Service & Experience: Welcoming guests, presenting menus, explaining daily specials, and making recommendations to enhance the dining experience.Order Management: Taking food and beverage orders accurately, using the POS system, and communicating special dietary needs or requests to the kitchen.
Serving: Delivering food and beverages from the kitchen/bar to tables in a timely and professional manner.Table Maintenance: Clearing dirty dishes, replacing cutlery, and resetting tables for new customers.
Payment Handling: Preparing and delivering checks, processing cash or credit card payments, and returning change.
Safety & Sanitation: Adhering to food safety regulations, cleaning stations, and maintaining a hygienic work environment.
Stock Maintenance: Restocking service stations with napkins, cutlery, and condiments.
Qualifications/Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry heavy trays for long periods.
with or without experience
5'2 in height
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is often preferred.
