Fraud Risk Analyst - Hybrid - Manila

Job Overview:

Fraud Risk Analyst within the program specializes in detecting and investigating suspicious flagged behaviors through data analysis. Fraud Risk Analyst will assist the management in performance and root cause analysis, verification, incident reporting and preventive planning.

Qualifications and Typical Experience:

• Preferably with 2 years of experience with fraud risk exposure
• Substantial experience within similar roles like QA, Training, SME, Audit Compliance (desirable)
• Experience in Risk and Fraud Management is preferred
• Familiarity with Quality processes and methodologies (desirable)

• Verify integrity of employee performance is achieved without manipulation or fraudulent behavior by running daily, weekly, and monthly audits to detect fraud or manipulation
• Correlate key performance indicators with available data and corresponding employee behaviors and arrive at definite conclusions. And also be able to formulate action plans to prevent or minimize fraudulent behavior(s)
• Analyze performance trends to look for patterns, discrepancies, gaps or deviations from processes/protocols & launch an investigation drilling down to root causes
• Assist the management in creating action plans to prevent or minimize fraud activities & regularly evaluate identified flags in Methods, Procedures and Processes while recommending changes as needed

• Maintain trackers/database and Prepare reports for management visibility and to appropriate stakeholders
• Regularly evaluate security procedures and processes and recommend changes as needed and conduct random/monthly security audit & compliance floor walks
• Administration of training materials and programs, and to be able to deliver such Fraud Awareness Talks for New Hires, Social Engineering and Data Privacy as required Fraud Response
• Represent the group in PX administrative hearings
• Coordinate with different support arms for projects or any issues related to the team's responsibilities & Tasks that may be assigned by the management
• Maintain confidentiality in all investigations, and understand the specific requirements for whistleblowers
