About the role

This is a full-time position that offers competitive compensation and the opportunity to work alongside a passionate, innovative team.

• Develop eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for a variety of marketing materials, including digital and print advertisements, social media content, presentations, and more
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visually compelling designs
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to our visual identity guidelines across all design deliverables
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of your work
• Provide creative input and innovative solutions to enhance the overall visual impact of our marketing campaigns
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with a high level of organisation and attention to detail

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Artist or Designer, preferably within the energy or a related industry
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and take creative direction
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines
• Passion for creating visually stunning and impactful designs that resonate with the target audience

Remark:

• This is a Dayshift position and 5 days a week
• Applicants must be willing to undergo a 2 weeks training period in Bonifacio Global City (BGC).
• A transportation allowance will be provided.
• The Quezon City office (near Welcome Rotonda) will begin operations on May 2026.
