About the role
Join our team at BADARACK CORP' as a Graphic Artist. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling designs and assets that captivate our clients and audience. Based in Antipolo City Rizal, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the company's strategic marketing and branding initiatives.
What you'll be doing- Conceptualise and design a wide range of visual assets, including infographics, social media graphics, advertisements, and marketing collateral
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop creative solutions that align with the company's visual identity
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of your work
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Support the sales team to get more clients
- Ensure deadlines are met and projects are delivered to a high standard
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or any related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a graphic design or visual design role, preferably in the advertising, arts, or media industry
- Proficiency in design software such as Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and composition principles
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and take constructive feedback
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for staying up-to-date with design trends and a willingness to continuously learn and improve
