POSITION TITLE: Procurement Operations AssociateWORK SETUP: Hybrid
OVERALL PURPOSE:This position will be responsible for delivering activities such as Purchase Requisition Processing, POA, Change Requests.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Establish, maintain, and manage relationships with clients (both functional stakeholders and procurement)
- Develop and maintain skills needed to execute current responsibilities
- Ensure quality targets are achieved.
- Graduation / post-graduation with 1-3 years’ experience in procurement operations, PR to PO processing, SLA & KPI
- Management in Procurement Outsourcing/Managed Services/Procurement Organizations
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of latest Microsoft Office applications i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Flexibility to work with different countries (time-zones), groups, and business environment
