Job Description
Job Overview:
Pre-sales management: Write Proposals, Create presentation materials, Create content for marketing materials. Gather data and create reports for client presentations, conduct client presentations, research on industry trends & competitors, content generation for required materials.Analyze project profitability and create pricing models.
Responsibilities:
Delivering within committed due dates and SLAs, lead the development of winning proposals in partnership with Front Office Sales, Solutions Delivery, Capability Tower Heads, SMEs and executive management teams.
Works along with Business Development Head and Sales Team to increase Sales opportunities that will maximize revenue for entire organization
Support seeking / screening potential business deals and new clients and discover new opportunities to drive them to company's services
Conduct market research / competitor research / latest trends and industry-related events
Assists in managing existing business accounts and ensure to maintain good client relations through continuous content materials (informational and selling)
Participates in RFI/RFP process of potential clients including our past and current clientele.
Analyze, create, and edit RFP responses and other proposals.
Consult with Business Development Head, Management, Partners on latest market and business trends with a view to introduce new services in the future
Help create marketing materials for company-branding and service informational materials
Creates reports for client presentation meetings
Qualifications:
- Strong pre-sales management: Good Business Writing skills to address RFP/RFI and proposal generation, marketing collaterals, letters and correspondences
- Good Research skills/ Market Research/ Competitor Research/ Market Trends
- Well Organized, can prioritize work & manage stakeholders expectations
- Good in creating Powerpoint presentations
- Knowledgeable in Application Development Process
- Knowledgeable in IT outsourcing business
- Corporate enterprise work experience
- Strong initiative and go-getter attitude
- B2B outsourcing business development work experience
- Good Communication/Presentation Skills
