Job Summary: We are looking for a sharp and creative LinkedIn Content Creator to join our B2B ghostwriting agency. In this role, you will craft compelling LinkedIn posts, develop original content ideas, write strategic engagement comments, and prepare design briefs that bring written content to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write engaging and well-structured LinkedIn posts tailored to B2B audiences across multiple client accounts
  • Generate original content ideas that authentically reflect each client's unique voice, industry, and strategic goals
  • Write thoughtful engagement comments designed to boost content visibility and spark meaningful conversations on LinkedIn
  • Prepare clear and detailed design briefs for visual content to accompany written posts
  • Incorporate AI tools into content research, drafting, and ideation workflows
  • Use Canva to assist with basic visual content creation or design brief preparation
  • Collaborate closely with the team to maintain consistency across all client brand voices
  • Stay current on LinkedIn trends, algorithm updates, and B2B content best practices

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice authentically across different brands and industries
  • A creative thinker with a practiced sense of what makes content genuinely engaging and shareable on LinkedIn
  • Able to produce consistent, original content ideas without relying on templates or repeated frameworks
  • Experience using Canva for basic design tasks or detailed brief preparation
  • Comfortable incorporating AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar into a professional content workflow
  • A quick and adaptable learner who can absorb new industries, audiences, and brand voices rapidly
  • Genuinely intellectually curious with a real interest in business, marketing, and B2B content
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple writing assignments simultaneously without losing quality
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a remote creative team

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience creating or managing LinkedIn content for personal brands or business accounts
  • Familiarity with B2B content strategy, ghostwriting, or content marketing
  • Understanding of LinkedIn's algorithm and best practices for maximizing organic reach and engagement
