Sales & Marketing Associate

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, contracts and site visits when necessary.
• Manage and update client databases (CRM) and sales records.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to generate and qualify prospective clients.
• Respond to inquiries, lead negotiations, and successfully close sales transactions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
• At least 6 months – 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or real estate (preferred)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
• Willing to travel or be assigned to different locations if required
