Responsible for providing administrative and operational support to warehouse activities, ensuring accurate inventory records, proper documentation, and smooth coordination of shipments and deliveries.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)With at least 1 year experience in warehouse, logistics, or admin role (fresh graduates may apply)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management is an advantage
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Detail-oriented and able to multitask
Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
Willing to work in a warehouse environment and shifting schedule if needed
