Responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient handling of parcels, accurate inventory management, and proper supervision of warehouse staff to meet operational targets and service standards.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
With 2–3 years experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in a supervisory role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory systems, and logistics operations
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong communication and coordination abilities
Can work under pressure and meet deadlines

Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if needed
