Area Sales Manager (Elevator - Construction Industry)
About the role
As the Area Sales Manager (Elevator - Construction Industry) at VTSA International Inc.', you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding the company's presence within the construction industry in the Cebu City, Cebu region. This full-time position will see you managing a team of sales representatives, developing strategic account plans, and ensuring the successful delivery of our elevator solutions to our clients.
Location: Unit 1516, 15th floor BPI Corporate Center Archibishop Reyes Avenue Cebu City.
What you'll be doing- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market share
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to strengthen relationships with key clients in the construction industry
- Identify new business opportunities and lead the proposal and tender process
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with the product and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Provide regular sales reporting and analysis to senior management
- Mentor and develop the sales team to foster their professional growth
- Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in sales management, preferably within the construction or elevator industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the construction industry, including relevant regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales reporting tools
