Job Specification
- A graduate of any four (4) year course with background in Accounting, Management or any business-related field.
- Must have at least 2-3 years of work experience as an Administrative Support or Document Controller.
- Has strong organizational and analytical skills and can work with minimum or less supervision
- Willing to be trained and adapt the concept of teachability
- Keep records of incoming and outgoing documents within the department including but not limited to Request to PO monitoring, SOA monitoring, PO & JO summary, timekeeping records as well as scanning, filing, organizing & transmittals of such.
- Communicates with supplier for payment monitoring per project assigned & keep track of unpaid accounts
- Keep track of all expenses incurred within the department by making sure that expenses are still covered by the approved budget.
