Job Summary:

Supports human resources processes by administering tests; scheduling appointments; conducting interview/orientation, background check; maintaining records and information.

General Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor end to end recruitment activity across the aligned selection and in line with the key requirements.
• Performs end-to-end recruitments process, background check and ensure the completeness of requirements prior to deployment to ensure that all candidates are of good moral standing and has no derogatory records.
• Initiate and conduct internal and external recruitment activities various areas, including but not limited to Tesda offices, DOLE PESO Offices, NLRC offices, training schools, national and local job fairs, etc.
• Support and assist in all internal and external HR related inquiries and requests.
• Accurately maintain digital and electronic records of employees; compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
• Handling event activities

Qualifications:

• At least 3 experience in volume recruitment in Cleaning and Technical Services (Blue Collar Jobs)
• Has experience in end to end recruitment process
• Has experience coordinating to PESO for JOB FAIRS
• Advance knowledge and skills in MS Excel
• Has experience in Recruitment Reports
• BS Psychology or Human Resource (4 years)
