Food & Beverage, Assistant Manager- Manages the activities of restaurant staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in accordance with quality standards and preferences (taste panel, REO).
- Manages labor cost, guest supplies and other related expenses.
- Gathers guest feedback and recommend service offerings improvement.
- Trains and develops restaurant staff to provide excellent guest service.
- Monitor inventory and guest supplies as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Maintain accurate records of daily revenue report and guest service log.
- Minimum one (1) year experience as assistant manager in bar, restaurant and hotel operations.
- Or at least two (2) years’ experience as a supervisor.
- Integrated resort background is an advantage.
