JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Serve as the Specialist for Food and Beverages, ensuring all offerings meet brand standards, industry regulations, and evolving guest expectations.
• Develop and oversee the food and services program for all Lind Hotels property.
• Spearhead ongoing projects, expansion, and continuous growth of the brand.
• Train and mentor team members to ensure quality and consistency.
• Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measure.

FUNCTIONS:

• Fulfill the role of Specialist for Food and Beverage by leading innovation, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and elevating culinary and service excellence to enhance guest satisfaction and uphold brand integrity
• Accountable for overseeing the entire food and beverage department, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, maximizing revenue, controlling costs, and upholding high standards of quality and service.
• Strategic planning, financial oversight, leadership of staff, and collaboration with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
• Train and mentor food and beverage leaders and team members to ensure quality and consistency of service.
• Ensure that the assigned team members meets financial targets.

• Degree in Bachelor of Hotel Management
• Certification in Hospitality Management
• Certification in Food and Beverage Management
• Work experience in luxury, lifestyle, or boutique resort management
• Minimum of 7-10 years work experience in hotel or resort management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Strong financial management skills, including budget development and cost control
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with other teams
• Proficiency with a least two to three foreign languages
